Lime Cement Mixture Recipe

       2 parts sand

       4 parts Lime

       6 parts Cement

        Fresh Water

The mixture should look roughly like cream.

If the mixture is too thick, it will not come off the discs.

If it is made to thin, it may flake of prematurely.

Spat Collection Bag

     These bags are made of knitted polyethylene

     mesh netting. The bag has top opening and is

     held shut with a draw string.

      * Bag size: 15 3/4" x 311/2"

      * Mesh size: .75mm, 1.5mm, 3mm

Netron

    This is the material of choice for the settling of

    shellfish larvae inside Spat Collection Bags. It

    is constructed of a durable-reusable polyethylene

    mesh. Available by the roll to allow for a variety

    of lengths.
